Designed by Shailesh Parikh, this 12,000 sq. ft. luxury bungalow in a gated community in Vadodara reflects a contemporary lifestyle enriched with advanced materials, technology, and elegant design. Created for a builder with a keen interest in innovation, the residence serves as both a family home and a showcase of modern living.

A dramatic bridge-like entrance over a waterbody leads into interiors defined by neutral tones, premium furnishings, and a high-end Valcucine kitchen. Smart home automation controls lighting, air conditioning, and other functions, while materials such as glass, wood, leather, and stone create a refined and timeless aesthetic.

The home is organized across multiple levels, featuring spacious bedrooms, family lounges, a home theatre, dedicated puja spaces, and a rooftop bar with terrace access. A sculptural metal staircase, customized interiors, and carefully planned spaces ensure the residence remains functional, luxurious, and adaptable for future generations.
